Early Childhood Teacher (Young Toddler)
The Shlenker School is seeking a qualified teachers to work with the young toddler age group (15 months-2 1/2 years) in our NAEYC-accredited early childhood program. Part time (morning only) and full time options are available.
Required qualifications:
- Previous experience with young children in an early childhood setting.
- Knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices and the application to the classroom and curriculum
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to effectively communication with parents and families
- Technology proficient
- A bachelor’s degree in child development or early childhood education is strongly preferred.
Preferred qualifications:
- Previous experience in an school accredited by the National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC) is preferred.

Early Childhood Substitute Teachers
The Shlenker School is seeking qualified substitute teachers to work with children ages 15 months through 5 years in the early childhood program.
